Dr. Joti Samra, R.Psych. & Associates provide research consultative services for a wide range of public and private sector agencies and organizations. The types of research projects Dr. Samra and her team have been involved in include: the development of evidence-based organizational and employee surveys, online leadership assessments, and online emotional intelligence assessments; the development of workplace-mental health related resources for organizations, managers and leaders; pre/post evaluations of workplace training programs; best practice reviews of the literature; examination of industry trends over time; and, the development of a wide range of clinical tools and resources for clients, employees, families, and clinicians.

Dr. Samra has a well-established academic career. She has held research, teaching and supervisory appointments with the University of British Columbia (Psychology Department), Simon Fraser University (Faculty of Health Sciences; Psychology Department; Graduate Clinical Psychology Centre) and the Adler School of Professional Psychology (Graduate Program). Currently, she is the Program Lead for the online Centre for Psychological Health Sciences at the University of Fredericton.
