Canadian Mental Health Association (National)

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) provides a range of innovative services and programs to support people who are experiencing mental illness and their families. These services can help people with mental illness develop the personal resilience needed to lead meaningful and productive lives.

Mental Health Commission of Canada

The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) offers a host of resources, tools and training programs aimed at increasing mental health literacy and improving the mental health and well-being of all people living in Canada.

Mood Disorders Society of Canada

The Mood Disorders Society of Canada’s overall objective is to provide people with mood disorders a strong, cohesive voice at the national level, by raising awareness that mood disorders are treatable medical issues, reducing discrimination and stigma, building a database of information and resources related to mood disorders, advocating for the creation of accessible programs for Canadians living with mental illness, and ensuring that the voices of people with mood disorders and their families are understood and communicated on issues of national importance.
